		<description>Interesting article. I agree that it's a slippery slope to try to define what is acceptable use and what is not, but might giving no guidelines whatsoever in the name of "freedom" be tantamount to simply passing the buck? 

What about a license which is specific that this technology not be used for the purpose of killing other human beings? Just trying to get at something that is difficult to be precise about, but I think you can see my point. If not the author, who else is going to stand up and say, "No, you don't have my permission to use this work to kill other people."
